Shipping policy
At Beautique, we offer delivery services exclusively within Lebanon. We currently do not provide shipping to destinations outside Lebanon. We offer Cash-On Delivery only.
Processing and Delivery Times
- We strive to process orders promptly.
- Delivery times may vary based on your location and product availability.
- You will receive a WhatsApp message if one of the items is unavailable and your order might take time.
Delivery Charges
- A $4 to $5 delivery charge will be applied on your order.
- The delivery charges will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.
Delivery Address
- Please ensure that the delivery address you provide is accurate and complete.
- We are not responsible for delivery delays or issues arising from incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
Receipt of Goods
- If you find any issues with your order, please contact us within less than 24 hours of the receipt.
- In most cases, you may be asked to inspect your order before the delivery driver leaves.
