Suggested Usage: -Prep clean skin with Step One Skin Equalizer Primer (sold separately). -Apply Matte Velvet Skin Foundation with Artisan Brush #108 (sold separately), starting at the center of the face and blending out and down. -Finish by dusting Matte Velvet Skin Blurring Powder Foundation (sold separately) on top as a setting powder.
