What Else You Need to Know:Mario’s dual-ended liner has all you need to create a precise line. The velvety gel-based formula delivers a full-coverage finish in a single swipe. It has incredible grip after it sets but still allows time to blend, layer, and define. For a soft, symmetrical line, use the brush to smudge and blend.
Suggested Usage: -Line: Line the eye to the outer corner, but don’t stress if it’s not perfectly symmetrical. -Blend: Flip the pencil and use the brush to blend and soften the liner up and out a bit. -Define: For further definition, apply one more layer along the lash line.
