-On first use, gently twist off and discard inner cap.
-After cleanser and toner, glide directly onto clean skin and pat in with fingertips.

Cooling Water Jelly Tint Lip + Cheek Blush Stain:

-On first use: Gently twist off the protective cap to remove and discard.
-Gently swipe or swirl the stick directly onto lip and cheeks.
-It dries fast, so work one cheek at a time and blend quickly with fingers, brush or sponge.
-Build to your desired payoff.
-Close cap back on tightly (listen for the click!) and store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight.
-To completely remove stain from skin, use an oil-based cleanser like Hydro Ungrip Cleansing Balm (sold separately).
