HOW TO USE:
Apply on clean, dry lashes. Place brush at base of lash line and wiggle from root to tip, combing upward. Repeat with 10 to 15 strokes per eye.
Wait up to 10 seconds for mascara primer to dry.
Follow with your favorite mascara for ultimate lift, length, and volume.
To remove: Use a cotton pad with gentle oil-based makeup remover to wipe away in a downward motion.
